Think of Twister with paint on each dot

Spoon-free Sundae relay (moving from point A with toppings for a sundae - with ingredients in your hands to point B)

Maybe egg toss or

Gummy bear - "Toe" Fish (FISHING for gummy bears with your toes - through whipped cream + ice!) is more your style!

10 messy games, a silent auction and a messy car? .. Maybe bring a towel for your car!

Q. Is the Rainbow Run the same as a "Color Run"
A. No. The Rainbow Run is just the name of our fundraiser 5k!

Q. Do I have to run? Can I walk?
A. No-one has to run! The run launches at 9AM - there will be plenty of time to walk the route.

Q. Is the event wheelchair / stroller friendly?
A. The 5K is on a mostly paved path. We chose Pratt Park to avoid hills and street crossings similar to those on the Canal/Heritage trail.

Q. The messy games sounds like its for kids - can adults participate?
A. Our Messy Games are for ALL AGES!

Q. Are the Messy Games accessible?
A. While Fredericksburg Pride does our best to host accessible events, the Messy Games will be held on the grass fields of Pratt Park - keeping the walk-way clear for walkers and runners.

Q. Do I have to participate in the Messy Games?
A. No! The fee includes BOTH the Rainbow Run 5K and the Messy Games, but you do not have to participate in the Messy Games if you do not want to.

Q. Is the walk dog friendly?
A. Yes! We will have (1) Messy Game for our four legged friends - but we do ask that they do not participate in the other Messy Games.

A. YES! Rain Date is Sunday, May 28th - 8AM-12PM
